Shift and Task Information
As mentioned in What is CERT?, shifts are 10 hours long each. Staff can choose whether to work a Day Shift (9am - 7pm), or a Night Shift (9pm - 7am). The facility runs inactive, and no staff work during 7am - 9am and 7pm - 9pm. Around 8:55am/pm (depending on the shift), Department Head Supervisors give a Shift Plan, which has ‘quotas’ or ‘tasks’ that they should meet before the end of the shift. Most ‘quotas’ have time limits.
Examples of Tasks

Starting the Reactor Core should be completed by 12pm/am.

Making crystals of a type should be completed before the end of the shift.

Moving boxes can be completed at the following times:
1st Shipment = 2pm/am
2nd Shipment = 6pm/am
If you get more than 2 shipments a night, alert your Sector Manager or Shift Supervisor.

Fixing walls should be done before the end of the shift.
